Transf\u00e9rez-les dans un bol et \u00e9crasez-les.&nbsp;Ajouter le parmesan, le persil, saler et poivrer.&nbsp;Remuer pour combiner les ingr\u00e9dients.<br>3. Disposez les filets de daurade sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.&nbsp;Salez et poivrez, versez un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et parsemez de persil.<br>4. Mettez les pommes de terre dans le presse-pur\u00e9e et appuyez pour obtenir la cro\u00fbte.&nbsp;Verser plus d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et mettre au four.<br>5.
