Pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre cuite \u00e0 la fourchette, assaisonner d\u2019une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre.<br>2. Prenez des quartiers de pommes de terre (environ la taille d\u2019une boule de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e), aplatissez-les entre les paumes de vos mains et placez un morceau de fromage et de jambon au milieu. Rassemblez tous les bords, puis roulez en boule.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Faites fondre le beurre et ajoutez-y quatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire 30 secondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commencez \u00e0 verser le lait petit \u00e0 petit en fouettant constamment pour \u00e9viter la formation de grumeaux.<br>4. Cuire la sauce pendant environ 10 minutes, en fouettant constamment, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit \u00e9paisse et bouillonnante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assaisonner avec du sel, du poivre et de la noix de muscade au go\u00fbt.<br>5. Placer les boulettes de pommes de terre sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et verser la sauce dessus.
