R\u00e2pez les pommes de terre et pressez-les bien.<br>2. Placez-les dans un bol et ajoutez le persil, la ciboulette, le sel, le poivre, l&#8217;ail, les \u0153ufs, la f\u00e9cule, le paprika et la coriandre.<br>3. Former les pancakes et les faire revenir dans une po\u00eale avec de l&#8217;huile.<br>4.
