Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer 130 ml d&#8217;huile avec le sel, le poivre, l&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9, le basilic, romarin et persil.&nbsp;2. Couper les aubergines en tranches dans le sens de la longueur.&nbsp;Badigeonnez les tranches d&#8217;huile assaisonn\u00e9e des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.&nbsp;3. Faites-les cuire dans une po\u00eale pour les ramollir.&nbsp;D\u00e9poser les tranches de blanc de poulet sur les aubergines cuites, mettre un morceau de fromage sur une face et rouler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Graisser la po\u00eale avec de l&#8217;huile et saupoudrer de chapelure.&nbsp;Disposez les petits pains, r\u00e9partissez les d\u00e9s de fromage, le parmesan et la chapelure.<br>5.
