De pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence persil g\u00e9ant d\u2019Italie)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel&amp;poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commen\u00e7ons par nettoyer les calamars comme expliqu\u00e9 ci-dessous;<br>Otez les yeux des calamars et s\u00e9parez la poche (le corps) des tentacules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirez les entrailles en enfilant votre doigt dans la poche. Retirez ensuite le cartilate (os transparant) que vous sentirez en t\u00e2tant avec vos doigts. Enfin, nettoyez le calamar \u00e0 l\u2019eau claire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une po\u00eale, faites rissoler une carotte coup\u00e9e en petits morceaux, les tiges de persil (ou celeri) et 3 petites gousses d\u2019ail;<br>Ajoutez les calamars et faites-les cuire de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant quelques minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporez la sauce tomate, salez et poivrez. Faites cuire \u00e0 feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les calamars soient cuits (de temps en temps, faites le test de la fourchette pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson).
