D\u00e9tacher toutes les petites feuilles fl\u00e9tries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettre les choux de Bruxelles dans l\u2019eau bouillante et cuire pendant 10 minutes. \u00c9goutter et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peler et \u00e9mincer les oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire revenir les oignons avec les petits lardons et les choux de Bruxelles pendant quelques minutes. Ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le poivre et le piment d\u2019Espelette.
