Couper les pommes de terre en deux en laissant la pelure.\u00a0<br>2. Faites-les cuire dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante pendant 10 minutes.\u00a0<br>3. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer l&#8217;ail, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le poivre, le sel, le piment et l&#8217;huile de piment.\u00a0<br>4. Incorporer \u00e9galement la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.\u00a0<br>5. Utilisez ce m\u00e9lange pour assaisonner les pommes de terre.\u00a0<br>6. Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;avoir recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9, saupoudrez une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie d&#8217;un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, de parmesan et de romarin finement hach\u00e9.\u00a0<br>7. Placer les pommes de terre assaisonn\u00e9es.\u00a0<br>8. Cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 30-35 minutes.\u00a0<br>9.
