S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Battez les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec le sel et le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le dernier ingr\u00e9dient soit compl\u00e8tement dissous.&nbsp;Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez ajouter du zeste de citron et de l&#8217;essence de vanille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Chec-marmorat-cu-nuci-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3689\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Battre les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec le jus de citron jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 formation de pics fermes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Incorporer progressivement l&#8217;huile, la farine combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la levure chimique et \u00e0 la mousse de blanc d&#8217;\u0153uf dans le m\u00e9lange de jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf, en m\u00e9langeant soigneusement avec une cuill\u00e8re\/spatule en bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Chec-marmorat-cu-nuci-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3690\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Transf\u00e9rer les \u00be de la p\u00e2te dans le moule en l&#8217;\u00e9talant uniform\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Ajoutez la poudre de cacao au reste de la p\u00e2te, puis transf\u00e9rez-la dans le moule en l&#8217;\u00e9talant de mani\u00e8re chaotique sur la surface de la p\u00e2te blanche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Chec-marmorat-cu-nuci-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3692\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. \u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une fourchette, faites de petits trous dans la p\u00e2te dans le moule et ins\u00e9rez-y les noix (enti\u00e8res ou concass\u00e9es).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Cuire le g\u00e2teau environ 45 minutes dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature mod\u00e9r\u00e9e (ne pas ouvrir la porte du four pendant les 20 premi\u00e8res minutes de cuisson).&nbsp;V\u00e9rifiez que c&#8217;est fait par le test du cure-dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.
