Dans une casserole, ajouter l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et l&#8217;ail et cuire quelques minutes.&nbsp;Ajouter les \u00e9pinards et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils ramollissent.&nbsp;R\u00e9server et laisser refroidir<br>2. Dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer, ajouter la ricotta, le fromage, le parmesan, les oignons verts, l&#8217;\u0153uf, le sel et le poivre et m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<br>3. D\u00e9roulez le rouleau de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur la planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper et coupez-le en trois rectangles.&nbsp;\u00c9talez le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9par\u00e9 sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et roulez serr\u00e9.<br>4. Coupez-le en trois morceaux et transf\u00e9rez-le sur la plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.&nbsp;Badigeonnez les rouleaux de jaune d&#8217;\u0153uf et saupoudrez de graines de s\u00e9same.<br>5.
