D&#8217;abord dissoudre la levure dans le lait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer les farines, le sucre, le lait, l&#8217;\u0153uf et le sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Former une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne en ajoutant le beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Placez la p\u00e2te dans un bol et laissez-la lever pendant quelques heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Divisez ensuite la p\u00e2te en blocs de 35 g chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Laisser lever pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
