Ne pas les rincer pour garder l\u2019amidon qui assure la tenue \u00e0 la cuisson. Les assaisonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre la mati\u00e8re grasse dans la po\u00eale et badigeonner au pinceau l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des cercles avec la m\u00eame mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposer les pommes de terre r\u00e2p\u00e9es dans le\/les cercles, bien tasser. Saisir \u00e0 feu vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retourner et saisir l\u2019autre face puis baisser le feu pour continuer la cuisson \u00e0 feu doux.
