{"id":2126,"date":"2023-07-13T11:09:51","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T11:09:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=2126"},"modified":"2023-07-13T11:09:52","modified_gmt":"2023-07-13T11:09:52","slug":"yaourts-liegeois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=2126","title":{"rendered":"Yaourts li\u00e9geois"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour <a><\/a>la cr\u00e8me chocolat :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">110 g de chocolat noir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">25 g de ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">50 cl de lait (sp\u00e9cial anti-boulette pour belle-s\u0153ur : 50cl = 500g=1\/2 litre)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la chantilly :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide 30% MG min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20 g de sucre glace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la finition :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parez d\u2019abord la cr\u00e8me chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une casserole, mettez le chocolat noir coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux, ainsi que le sucre et un peu de lait. Faites chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen afin de faire fondre le chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps-l\u00e0, dissolvez la ma\u00efzena dans un peu de lait froid, puis, une fois que le chocolat est enti\u00e8rement fondu, rajoutez-y la ma\u00efzena dissoute et tout le reste de lait, toujours sur feu moyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remuez sans arr\u00eat au fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paississe (elle doit napper all\u00e8grement une cuill\u00e8re).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez alors la cr\u00e8me au chocolat dans 4 verrines (ou 6 en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 souhait\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laissez refroidir au minimum 2 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand la cr\u00e8me chocolat est bien froide, pr\u00e9parez la cr\u00e8me chantilly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Montez la cr\u00e8me liquide bien froide, puis quand elle est mont\u00e9e bien ferme, rajoutez le sucre glace. Pour la r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr, retrouvez mes astuces pour une chantilly parfaite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mettez la chantilly dans une poche \u00e0 douille \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une douille cannel\u00e9e, puis pochez la chantilly sur les cr\u00e8mes chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9servez au frais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9gustation.
