Sabl\u00e9s : dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le beurre, le sucre glace, l&#8217;\u0153uf et le sel.\u00a0Ensuite, tamisez et m\u00e9langez la farine, le cacao et formez un compos\u00e9 uniforme.\u00a0Laisser au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant une heure.<br>2. Cr\u00e8me : m\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs avec le sucre et faire chauffer le lait avec le chocolat blanc et la cr\u00e8me.\u00a0Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et ajouter aux \u0153ufs.<br>3. Assemblez la p\u00e2te dans le moule et enfournez \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 25 minutes.\u00a0Versez ensuite la cr\u00e8me et enfournez \u00e0 150\u00b0 pendant 50 minutes.Laisser ensuite au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 3 heures.<br>4. Gla\u00e7age : Faire tremper la g\u00e9latine.\u00a0M\u00e9langez ensuite les autres ingr\u00e9dients.\u00a0M\u00e9langez le tout et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, ajoutez la gel\u00e9e et versez sur la tarte.<br>5.
