Ajouter les biscuits \u00e9cras\u00e9s au robot culinaire et m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance grumeleuse.<br>2. Dans une casserole ajouter le lait et le zeste et m\u00e9langer.&nbsp;Chauffer le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et retirer du feu.<br>3. Dans un bol, ajoutez l&#8217;\u0153uf et le sucre et m\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le sucre se dissolve.&nbsp;Ajouter la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, le yogourt \u00e0 la vanille et le jus de citron et m\u00e9langer.&nbsp;A la fin ajouter le lait chaud et m\u00e9langer.<br>4. Verser le m\u00e9lange dans la casserole et fouetter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement.&nbsp;Retirer du feu.<br>5. Commencez \u00e0 remplir les verres avec la premi\u00e8re couche de biscuits \u00e9miett\u00e9s, puis la deuxi\u00e8me couche de cr\u00e8me, et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&#8217;op\u00e9ration une fois de plus jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les verres soient pleins.&nbsp;Transf\u00e9rer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 2 heures.<br>6.
