{"id":23,"date":"2023-01-24T19:30:47","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T19:30:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=23"},"modified":"2023-01-24T19:30:47","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T19:30:47","slug":"gateaux-poires-dessert-a-base-dingredients-abordables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=23","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teaux &#8220;poires&#8221; &#8211; dessert \u00e0 base d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients abordables!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un bonbon savoureux et beau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/prajituri-pere6-1024x474.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86977\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 3 oeufs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 200 grammes de sucre ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 100 gr de beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 120 gr de cr\u00e8me ferment\u00e9e ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 10 grammes de levure chimique ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 3 grammes de vanille ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 400 gr de farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour le remplissage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 300 g de lait concentr\u00e9 bouilli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour la d\u00e9coration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Jus de betterave;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; jus de carotte;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; du sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00c9THODE DE PR\u00c9PARATION&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. M\u00e9langer la farine avec la levure chimique, la vanille et l&#8217;amidon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Battez les \u0153ufs avec le sel, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils deviennent mousseux, puis ajoutez le sucre petit \u00e0 petit et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une composition l\u00e9g\u00e8rement color\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/prajituri-pere1-1024x469.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86972\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Ajouter le beurre ramolli, m\u00e9langer, puis ajouter la cr\u00e8me et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Incorporer la farine en 2 temps et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la spatule jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te souple non collante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/prajituri-pere2-1024x467.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86973\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Prenez 30 g de p\u00e2te chacun (utilisez la balance de cuisine), graissez vos mains avec de l&#8217;huile et fa\u00e7onnez une poire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Formez tous les biscuits de cette mani\u00e8re, placez-les avec le c\u00f4t\u00e9 plat sur la plaque tapiss\u00e9e de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et mettez-les au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 190\u00b0\u0421 pendant 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/prajituri-pere3-1024x439.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86974\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
