Couper les bananes en rondelles et les enrober de jus de citron.\u00a0<br>2. Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le fromage cottage, la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse, le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9.\u00a0<br>3. Mixer pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me onctueuse et homog\u00e8ne.\u00a0<br>4. Hydratez la g\u00e9latine dans de l&#8217;eau chaude, puis m\u00e9langez-la avec la cr\u00e8me.\u00a0<br>5. Ajouter les fruits coup\u00e9s en morceaux.\u00a0<br>6. Verser le m\u00e9lange dans un moule \u00e0 cake et bien \u00e9galiser.\u00a0<br>7. Hacher grossi\u00e8rement le chocolat blanc et l&#8217;utiliser pour d\u00e9corer la surface du g\u00e2teau.<br>\u00a08.
