Dans un bol, ajouter la farine, l&#8217;eau, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive extra vierge et le sel et m\u00e9langer avec une spatule.&nbsp;Lorsque la p\u00e2te commence \u00e0 se former p\u00e9trir avec les mains pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse.&nbsp;Couvrir d&#8217;un film alimentaire et laisser reposer 20 minutes.<br>2. Dans un bol avec les \u00e9pinards, ajoutez l&#8217;ail, les \u0153ufs, le poivre, le sel et la feta et m\u00e9langez bien le tout avec une spatule.<br>3. Une fois le temps \u00e9coul\u00e9, coupez la p\u00e2te en 4 morceaux et \u00e9talez chaque morceau pour obtenir la forme d&#8217;un rectangle.<br>4. \u00c9talez la garniture pr\u00e9par\u00e9e sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 roul\u00e9e en poussant jusqu&#8217;au bord.&nbsp;Saupoudrez de mozzarella et repliez une autre face de la p\u00e2te.&nbsp;Appuyez sur les bords pour bien le fermer de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<br>5.
