Dans un bol, dissoudre la levure et le sucre dans l&#8217;eau.<br>2. Ajoutez ensuite l&#8217;huile, le yaourt, le sel et la farine.<br>3. Commencez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer et ajoutez \u00e9galement l&#8217;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9.<br>4. Laisser lever 50 minutes \u00e0 couvert.<br>5. \u00c9talez la p\u00e2te et fa\u00e7onnez les scones, laissez reposer 20 minutes.<br>6. Pr\u00e9parez la garniture et badigeonnez les scones.<br>7. Ajouter les tomates, l&#8217;oignon et les olives.<br>8.
