Couper l\u2019aubergine en tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Placez-les dans un bol d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e et laissez-les tremper pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Pendant ce temps, \u00e9pluchez et coupez \u00e9galement les pommes de terre en tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Placez-les dans un plateau et assaisonnez-les avec du sel, du poivre, du paprika et de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Cuire les pommes de terre \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. S\u00e9chez les aubergines, placez-les dans un plateau et assaisonnez avec du sel, du poivre, du paprika, de la poudre d\u2019ail et de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive en badigeonnant des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Cuire les aubergines \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant environ 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Dans une grande po\u00eale, faites chauffer de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et faites revenir l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail et le poivron hach\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Ajouter la viande et assaisonner de sel, poivre, paprika, coriandre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Versez la sauce tomate et ajoutez du persil frais.\u00a0Cuire le tout pendant 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11. Napper le moule avec les aubergines et les pommes de terre pr\u00e9alablement cuites, remplir avec le m\u00e9lange de viande et de l\u00e9gumes et refermer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12. D\u00e9corez le dessus avec des tomates cerises et plus de pommes de terre, puis badigeonnez de sauce tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13. Saupoudrer de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.
