{"id":2620,"date":"2023-08-05T10:16:17","date_gmt":"2023-08-05T10:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=2620"},"modified":"2023-08-05T10:16:17","modified_gmt":"2023-08-05T10:16:17","slug":"absolument-de-classe-mondiale-gateau-santa-clara-tellement-cremeux-quil-fond-dans-la-bouche-%f0%9f%98%8b-%f0%9f%98%8b","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=2620","title":{"rendered":"Absolument de classe mondiale! &#8211; G\u00e2teau Santa Clara, tellement cr\u00e9meux qu&#8217;il fond dans la bouche \ud83d\ude0b \ud83d\ude0b"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients<br>Pour la cr\u00e8me :<br>600 ml de lait<br>1 \u00bd sachet de poudre \u00e0 cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<br>par exemple sucre, environ 50 \u2013 100 g<br>220 grammes de beurre<br>Pour la p\u00e2te :<br>250ml d&#8217;eau<br>120g de beurre<br>150 grammes de farine<br>\u00bd sachet de levure chimique<br>4 morceaux d&#8217;oeufs<br>pr\u00e9paration<br>Pour la cr\u00e8me :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e9langez d&#8217;abord la poudre de pudding \u00e0 la vanille avec 250 ml de lait, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition les 350 ml restants. Ajoutez ensuite le m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re au lait bouillant et remuez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il \u00e9paississe un peu. Ajouter le sucre au go\u00fbt. Laissez ensuite refroidir.<br>Lorsque le pudding est froid, mixez bri\u00e8vement le tout au mixeur puis ajoutez 200 g de beurre ramolli. Mixer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me homog\u00e8ne.<br>Pour la p\u00e2te :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuite, faites bouillir l&#8217;eau avec du beurre. Incorporer ensuite la farine et la levure chimique \u00e0 feu doux. Laisser refroidir. Incorporer les quatre \u0153ufs les uns apr\u00e8s les autres dans le m\u00e9lange refroidi puis m\u00e9langer au maximum pendant environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez maintenant le four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s de chaleur sup\u00e9rieure\/inf\u00e9rieure. Divisez la p\u00e2te en deux parties et \u00e9talez la premi\u00e8re partie finement et uniform\u00e9ment sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<br>Cuire au four environ 20 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 coloration dor\u00e9e. Faire de m\u00eame avec la seconde moiti\u00e9 de p\u00e2te. Laisser bien refroidir.<br>\u00c9talez la cr\u00e8me sur la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure et placez la moiti\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure sur le dessus.
