Dans un grand bol, fouetter ensemble la cr\u00e8me, le lait en poudre et le sucre.&nbsp;Utilisez un m\u00e9langeur pour fouetter le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que des pics fermes se forment.<br>2. Ajouter le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me doux dans un m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e et fouetter une fois de plus jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.&nbsp;Transf\u00e9rer dans une poche \u00e0 douille.<br>3. Trempez les biscuits doigts de dame dans du lait froid pendant une seconde, puis placez-les sur un morceau de film plastique et versez un peu de cr\u00e8me dessus.&nbsp;Filmer herm\u00e9tiquement et congeler pendant 1 heure.<br>4.
