Pr\u00e9parez le melon : retirez les p\u00e9pins, \u00e9pluchez-le et coupez-le en morceaux.&nbsp;Transf\u00e9rez-le dans le robot culinaire et m\u00e9langez bien pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange lisse.<br>2. Versez le smoothie dans un bol \u00e0 travers la passoire pour faire le succi.<br>3. M\u00e9langez du jus avec de la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs.<br>4. Versez le jus restant dans le tamis, puis ajoutez le m\u00e9lange avec la f\u00e9cule et le sucre.&nbsp;Remuer sur le feu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la g\u00e9latine \u00e9paississe.<br>5. Versez le m\u00e9lange dans les moules.&nbsp;Laisser refroidir puis laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 4 heures.<br>6.
