{"id":2841,"date":"2023-08-16T08:33:52","date_gmt":"2023-08-16T08:33:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=2841"},"modified":"2023-08-16T19:28:52","modified_gmt":"2023-08-16T19:28:52","slug":"poulet-a-loignon-recettes-des-amis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=2841","title":{"rendered":"Poulet \u00e0 l\u2019oignon (Recettes des amis)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poulet \u00e0 l\u2019oignon (Recettes des amis)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 oignons, pel\u00e9s et tranch\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 c. \u00e0. soupe (60 ml) de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 c. \u00e0. th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c. \u00e0. th\u00e9 (5 ml) de thym<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\/3 tasse (160 ml) de bouillon de b\u0153uf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 c. \u00e0. soupe (30 ml) de vinaigre balsamique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 poitrines de poulet, d\u00e9soss\u00e9es et sans peau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 c. \u00e0. th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tasse (250 ml) de fromage Mozzarella, r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tasse (125 ml) de fromage parmesan, r\u00e2p\u00e9<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400\u00b0F et vaporiser un plat de cuisson avec un spray de cuisson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter le beurre \u00e0 une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu vif. Ajouter les oignons tranch\u00e9s et cuire pendant 5 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9duire le feu sur la po\u00eale \u00e0 moyen et ajouter l\u2019ail, le poivre et le thym et cuire encore une minute<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporer le bouillon de b\u0153uf et le vinaigre balsamique et cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons aient une consistance de confiture, environ 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les oignons sont caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, placez environ 1\/3 du m\u00e9lange dans le fond du plat de cuisson graiss\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placer le poulet sur les oignons et saupoudrer de sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placez les oignons restants sur le dessus du poulet avec la mozzarella et le parmesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire au four pendant 45 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poulet ait une temp\u00e9rature interne s\u00e9curitaire de 165 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servez chaud et d\u00e9gustez!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une recette vous a plu ?
