Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le lait, la levure et le sucre.<br>2. Couvrir le m\u00e9lange et laisser reposer 15 minutes.\u00a0<br>3. Incorporez maintenant l&#8217;\u0153uf et le beurre fondu.\u00a0<br>4. Ajoutez \u00e9galement la farine petit \u00e0 petit.\u00a0<br>5. Remuer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 absorption compl\u00e8te.\u00a0<br>6. Laisser lever pendant 2 heures.\u00a0<br>7. Divisez la p\u00e2te en morceaux \u00e9gaux et formez des boules.\u00a0<br>8. Couvrez-les et laissez-les reposer 15 minutes.\u00a0<br>9. Formez les tresses, placez-les sur la plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et laissez-les reposer encore une demi-heure.<br>\u00a010.
