Commencez par pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me au mascarpone : m\u00e9langez le mascarpone et le miel dans un r\u00e9cipient, puis ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et fouettez le m\u00e9lange.<br>2. Transf\u00e9rez la cr\u00e8me dans une poche \u00e0 douille \u00e0 embout lisse et commencez \u00e0 remplir les biscuits.<br>3. Placez le b\u00e2ton en bois au centre de la mousse mascarpone et refermez avec un autre biscuit.<br>4. Placer au cong\u00e9lateur pendant au moins 1 heure.<br>5. Pendant ce temps, faites fondre le chocolat au lait au bain-marie ou au micro-ondes.<br>6. Une fois congel\u00e9s, plongez les biscuits dans le chocolat fondu.<br>7.
