Versez dans un bol : le yaourt, le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable et la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e.<br>2. Apr\u00e8s avoir bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9, formez des barres avec vos mains et d\u00e9posez-les sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br>3. Placez la casserole au cong\u00e9lateur pendant au moins 30 minutes \u00e0 une heure.<br>4. Pendant ce temps, faites fondre le chocolat noir au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.<br>5. Prenez des barres surgel\u00e9es et trempez-les dans du chocolat<br>6.
