Coupez ensuite les poivrons, les carottes et les pommes de terre en petits cubes de m\u00eame taille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuite, faites chauffer l\u2019huile dans une marmite et faites-y revenir la viande hach\u00e9e. Ajoutez maintenant l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail, assaisonnez, incorporez la p\u00e2te de tomate et versez sur le bouillon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez ensuite les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s, les haricots et le ma\u00efs. Remuez \u00e0 nouveau, couvrez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 30 \u00e0 35 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la fin, incorporez le fromage fondu et la cr\u00e8me et assaisonnez \u00e0 nouveau. Servir avec une garniture de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et parsem\u00e9 de persil.
