Battez les \u0153ufs jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient mousseux, saupoudrez progressivement de sucre. M\u00e9langez les amandes, les noix, la levure chimique, le sel et la poudre \u00e0 pudding et incorporez-les au m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs aromatis\u00e9 aux amandes am\u00e8res. Versez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et enfournez \u00e0 four chaud pendant environ 45 minutes. Le sol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sortez, retirez le papier sulfuris\u00e9 et laissez refroidir. Coupez le bas deux fois. Pour la garniture, fouettez la cr\u00e8me, le sucre et le cacao en poudre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance ferme. Incorporer le rhum. Disposez le fond de tarte sur un plat \u00e0 g\u00e2teau, entourez-le d&#8217;un bord \u00e0 g\u00e2teau et tartinez avec 1\/3 de la cr\u00e8me. Placez la base m\u00e9diane dessus et ajoutez un autre tiers de la cr\u00e8me. Posez le dernier \u00e9tage. Retirez le bord du moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re et tartinez le g\u00e2teau avec le reste de cr\u00e8me. Saupoudrer de cacao en poudre et garnir de copeaux de chocolat. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astuces : Arrosez les bases de rhum selon votre go\u00fbt. Utilisez un peigne \u00e0 g\u00e2teau dentel\u00e9 pour dessiner des motifs sur le g\u00e2teau.
