Nettoyez et coupez les pommes de terre en petits cubes.&nbsp;Faire bouillir pendant 2 minutes.<br>2. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la poudre de curry, le paprika, le sel, le poivre noir, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, la farine, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et l&#8217;eau.<br>3. M\u00e9langez les pommes de terre hach\u00e9es avec le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<br>4.
