Ajoutez les pommes de terre dans la casserole avec l&#8217;eau et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.&nbsp;Laissez-les bouillir pendant 30 minutes.&nbsp;Retirez ensuite de l&#8217;eau et laissez refroidir.<br>2. Dans un bol avec la viande hach\u00e9e, ajoutez le sel, le poivre, le persil, l&#8217;\u0153uf et la chapelure et m\u00e9langez bien le tout.<br>3. Une fois les pommes de terre refroidies, coupez-les en deux et retirez la partie int\u00e9rieure.&nbsp;Transf\u00e9rez-les sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et versez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dessus.<br>4. Ajoutez des cubes de fromage sur chaque moiti\u00e9 de pomme de terre et fermez avec de la viande.&nbsp;Versez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dessus et recouvrez de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br>5.
