Faire fondre le chocolat noir avec la cr\u00e8me et l&#8217;huile de graines.<br>2. Ajoutez ensuite les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs et tamisez la farine et le cacao.<br>3. M\u00e9langez le lait et les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs battus.<br>4. Versez le m\u00e9lange dans le moule et enfournez \u00e0 170\u00b0 pendant 35 minutes.<br>5. Cr\u00e8me au beurre : M\u00e9langer les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec le sucre et le sel.\u00a0Ajoutez ensuite le beurre, le cacao et le chocolat noir fondu.<br>6. Pr\u00e9parez \u00e9galement la ganache en faisant fondre le chocolat avec la cr\u00e8me.<br>7.
