P\u00e2te : dissolvez la levure de bi\u00e8re dans l&#8217;eau et ajoutez \u00e9galement le sucre.\u00a0Versez le m\u00e9lange dans la farine et commencez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer.<br>2. Ajoutez ensuite le sel et l&#8217;huile, m\u00e9langez bien le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te uniforme.<br>3. Faites deux tours de plis avec des pauses de 15 minutes.<br>4. Divisez ensuite la p\u00e2te en deux parties et laissez-les lever jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles doublent de volume.<br>5. \u00c9talez ensuite les deux p\u00e2tes et remplissez-les.<br>6. Recouvrez-les de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e et badigeonnez la surface d&#8217;un \u0153uf.<br>7.
