Mettre les quartiers dans le bol du&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/recettes.de\/thermomix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thermomix<\/a>&nbsp;et programmer 4 secondes, vitesse 4. Racler les parois du bol et, si n\u00e9cessaire, prolonger de 2 secondes, pas plus. Laver le citron, l&#8217;essuyer et pr\u00e9lever le zeste. L&#8217;ajouter \u00e0 la p\u00e2te ainsi que la pomme r\u00e2p\u00e9e.
