Coupez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e en 6 carr\u00e9s.&nbsp;D\u00e9coupez des bandes au milieu de chaque carr\u00e9 puis pliez-les.&nbsp;3. Versez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cr\u00e8me de ricotta dans chaque rectangle.&nbsp;Pliez deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s vers le centre pour ouvrir la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e.&nbsp;4. Transf\u00e9rez-les sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et humidifiez-les avec du lait.&nbsp;Saupoudrez le sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
