Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (180 \u00b0C).<br>2. Placer le poulet dans un plat allant au four ou un plat et assaisonner l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur avec une quantit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse de sel et de poivre. Saupoudrer la poudre d\u2019oignon \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.Placer 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de margarine \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du poulet et disposer des morceaux de la margarine restante sur la peau du poulet. Coupez le c\u00e9leri en 3 ou 4 morceaux, et placez-le \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du poulet.<br>3. Cuire \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pendant 1 heure et 15 minutes dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cuisson compl\u00e8te. Sortir du four et couvrir avec la margarine fondue.
