Cr\u00e8me : dans une casserole m\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs avec le sucre et la farine.&nbsp;Ajoutez ensuite le lait et laissez \u00e9paissir, r\u00e9servez.&nbsp;Laissez refroidir et ajoutez le beurre plus tard.<br>2. G\u00e2teau : m\u00e9langer la farine, la f\u00e9cule et la levure.&nbsp;A part, battez les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec le sucre puis ajoutez les jaunes.&nbsp;M\u00e9langez les deux compos\u00e9s et ajoutez \u00e9galement l\u2019huile.&nbsp;Versez le tout dans un moule et enfournez \u00e0 170\u00b0 pendant 40 minutes.<br>3.
