M\u00e9langez la viande hach\u00e9e avec du sel, du poivre, du persil, de la chapelure et du parmesan.<br>2. \u00c9talez une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 badigeonn\u00e9e d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.\u00a0\u00c9talez la viande sur la feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 en formant un rectangle.<br><strong>3. Couche de fromage en tranches et de jambon sur le dessus.<br>4. Placez 5 \u0153ufs durs en ligne au milieu de la couche de viande.<br>5. Utilisez le papier sulfuris\u00e9 pour fixer fermement le pain de viande.<br>6. Pincez les deux bords ensemble pour enrober les \u0153ufs.\u00a0Cuire au four \u00e0 200\u00b0C\/400\u00b0F pendant 40 minutes.\u00a0Pour v\u00e9rifier si le pain de viande est bien cuit et s\u00fbr, testez la temp\u00e9rature avec un thermom\u00e8tre.\u00a0Il devrait lire 160 \u00b0 F.<br>7.
