Mettez la farine dans un bol et ajoutez le sucre et la levure chimique.<br>2. M\u00e9langez ensuite le beurre, l&#8217;\u0153uf et le lait.3. Formez une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et laissez-la au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 20 minutes.<br>4. Coupez les pommes et les poires, placez-les dans un bol.<br>5. M\u00e9langez ensuite la cassonade, le zeste de citron, les raisins secs, les noix, la cannelle et les pignons de pin.<br>6. Etalez la p\u00e2te, ajoutez la confiture puis le reste.<br>7.
