Prenez d\u2019abord une bouteille vide et coupez le bouchon formant une \u00e9toile : vous en aurez besoin pour donner aux churros leur forme classique.\u00a0<br>2. Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langer l&#8217;eau, le sucre, le sel, le sucre vanill\u00e9 et le beurre.\u00a0<br>3. Faire fondre sur le feu en m\u00e9langeant bien.\u00a0<br>4. Lorsqu&#8217;elle atteint l&#8217;\u00e9bullition, ajoutez la farine et poursuivez la cuisson \u00e0 feu doux.\u00a0<br>5. Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est bien homog\u00e8ne, retirez-le du feu et incorporez les \u0153ufs.\u00a0<br>6. Ins\u00e9rez la p\u00e2te dans la bouteille et fa\u00e7onnez les churros.\u00a0<br>7. Faire frire dans l&#8217;huile chaude jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient dor\u00e9es.\u00a0<br>8.
