{"id":3538,"date":"2023-09-24T18:46:41","date_gmt":"2023-09-24T18:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=3538"},"modified":"2023-09-24T18:46:41","modified_gmt":"2023-09-24T18:46:41","slug":"lauthentique-tomates-farcies-tres-delice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=3538","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019authentique Tomates farcies tr\u00e8s d\u00e9lice"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 6 grosses tomates.<br>\u2013 250g de chair \u00e0 saucisse (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence du boucher)<br>\u2013 250g de viande hach\u00e9 (b\u0153uf, veau ou porc)<br>\u2013 1 gros oignon.<br>\u2013 3 gousses d\u2019ail.<br>\u2013 5 brins de thym.<br>\u2013 5 brins de persil.<br>\u2013 60g de mie de pain rassis.<br>\u2013 40ml bouillon de l\u00e9gumes.<br>\u2013 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre de canne complet.<br>\u2013 30g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br>\u2013 30g de chapelure.<br>\u2013 huile d\u2019olive.<br>\u2013 sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9paration de L\u2019authentique Tomates farcies :<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Pr\u00e9parer les tomates! Laver les, d\u00e9couper le chapeau et les r\u00e9server. Vider les tomates \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re. Conserver la moiti\u00e9 de la pulpe de tomate et l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 pour d\u2019autres pr\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Disposer les tomates \u00e9vid\u00e9es dans le plat allant au four badigeonn\u00e9 avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, disposer les brins de thym au fond du plat. saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Tremper la mie de pain rassis dans le bouillon de l\u00e9gume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Mixer les gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, l\u2019oignon, les c\u0153urs de tomates et le persil, afin d\u2019obtenir une pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer les deux viandes : chair \u00e0 saucisse et la viande hach\u00e9e. Y ajouter la pur\u00e9e d\u2019ail oignon c\u0153urs de tomates persil, le sucre et un \u0153uf entier, saler et poivrer.
