Pr\u00e9chauffez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une casserole moyenne \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais.&nbsp;Ajouter l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et cuire le potiron, les carottes et les oignons pendant 10 minutes.<br>3. Ajoutez les pois chiches et les pommes de terre, assaisonnez de sel et de poivre, puis versez de l&#8217;eau dessus juste pour recouvrir les l\u00e9gumes.&nbsp;Cuire 30 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen-doux.<br>4. Ajouter les tomates hach\u00e9es et le persil, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et retirer du feu.<br>5.
