petit oignon, r\u00e2p\u00e9 ou \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Oeuf, battu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 livre de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 maigre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/8 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de romarin s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/3 tasse de quinoa non cuit, bien rinc\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\/3 c d&#8217;eau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 gousses d&#8217;ail, hach\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce Worcestershire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour la Sauce BBQ Miel-Balsamique :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce Worcestershire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 tasse de ketchup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 tasse de miel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cc de vinaigre balsamique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde de Dijon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;ail en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sel et poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/3 tasse de cassonade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer, ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la Sauce BBQ Miel-Balsamique.&nbsp;Remuer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placez une casserole sur la cuisini\u00e8re, puis versez-y la sauce.&nbsp;Baissez le feu \u00e0 moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9, puis laissez le m\u00e9lange bouillir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baisser le feu \u00e0 doux et laisser mijoter la sauce pendant environ 45 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la texture devienne \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placez une casserole avec de l&#8217;eau sur la cuisini\u00e8re et mettez le feu \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9.&nbsp;Laisser bouillir l&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter le quinoa, puis couvrir la casserole.&nbsp;Cuire le quinoa pendant 10 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit tendre.&nbsp;Utilisez une fourchette pour remuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9parez le four et pr\u00e9chauffez-le \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s C ou 400 degr\u00e9s F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tapisser de papier d&#8217;aluminium une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, puis appliquer un a\u00e9rosol de cuisson dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter l&#8217;\u0153uf, l&#8217;ail, l&#8217;\u00e9chalote, le thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9, le quinoa, la sauce Worcestershire et le romarin dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer.&nbsp;Battre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter le b\u0153uf, puis utiliser vos mains propres pour m\u00e9langer le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit bien incorpor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Former 24 boulettes de viande avec le m\u00e9lange de viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposez les boulettes de viande sur la grille, puis faites cuire environ 15 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient cuites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer les boulettes de viande dans la sauce jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien enrob\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
