Ajoutez maintenant le sucre, le sel, l&#8217;huile et un demi-\u0153uf au m\u00e9lange.&nbsp;<br>4. Ajoutez la farine petit \u00e0 petit.&nbsp;<br>5. P\u00e9trir avec les mains jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et molle.&nbsp;<br>6. Couvrez et laissez reposer une heure.&nbsp;<br>7. Divisez la p\u00e2te en morceaux \u00e9gaux et formez des rouleaux.<br>&nbsp;8. Disposez-les sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, couvrez-les d&#8217;un torchon et laissez-les reposer encore une heure.&nbsp;<br>9. Badigeonnez la surface avec le reste de l&#8217;\u0153uf battu.&nbsp;<br>10.
