Versez l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale, puis ajoutez l&#8217;ail, l&#8217;oignon et le poivron finement hach\u00e9s.\u00a02. Faites sauter pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen, puis ajoutez la viande.\u00a03. Assaisonner avec du sel, du poivre et des \u00e9pices.\u00a0Laissez ensuite cuire 9 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.\u00a04. Versez la sauce tomate et l&#8217;eau.\u00a0Laissez mijoter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tout le liquide s&#8217;\u00e9vapore.\u00a05. Terminez avec du persil hach\u00e9 et du cheddar.\u00a06. Apr\u00e8s les avoir soigneusement lav\u00e9s, disposez les champignons t\u00eate en bas dans une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.\u00a0Assaisonner avec du sel et de l&#8217;huile.\u00a07. Farcissez-les avec le m\u00e9lange de viande que vous avez pr\u00e9par\u00e9 auparavant et recouvrez de quelques d\u00e9s de mozzarella.\u00a08. Saupoudrer d&#8217;origan et d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.\u00a09.
