Coupez les pommes de terre en petits cubes et transf\u00e9rez-les dans le bol.&nbsp;Versez l&#8217;eau dessus et pressez-les avec vos mains pour bien les laver.<br>2. \u00c9gouttez les cubes de pommes de terre et versez-les dans la casserole avec l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e.&nbsp;Faire bouillir pendant 8 minutes puis retirer du feu.<br>3. \u00c9gouttez les cubes de pommes de terre et transf\u00e9rez-les dans le bol.&nbsp;Versez la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et m\u00e9langez bien avec vos mains.<br>4. Passez les cubes d&#8217;abord dans les \u0153ufs battus puis dans la chapelure panko.<br>5.
