poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PR\u00c9PARATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hachez la viande tr\u00e8s finement, plus elle est fine, plus elle sera pr\u00eate rapidement lors de la cuisson ult\u00e9rieure.&nbsp;Si n\u00e9cessaire, vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser de la viande de roulade : la faire mariner la rend tendre et friable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la marinade, m\u00e9langez le cognac, la sauce soja, la levure chimique et la moiti\u00e9 du blanc d&#8217;oeuf battu, saupoudrez de f\u00e9cule et ajoutez la viande.&nbsp;Laisser mariner une demi-journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coupez les poivrons, le piment et les oignons nouveaux en fines rondelles ou en quartiers.&nbsp;L&#8217;oignon est pel\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en quartiers, puis coup\u00e9 en segments de peau individuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirez la viande de la marinade, tamponnez-la l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et faites-la revenir bri\u00e8vement dans l&#8217;huile chaude en remuant constamment.&nbsp;Retirez et faites revenir les morceaux d&#8217;oignon dans le reste de la graisse de friture en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient dor\u00e9s.&nbsp;Ajoutez le reste des l\u00e9gumes et faites frire pendant 2-3 minutes, ajoutez \u00e0 nouveau la viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langez la sauce soja, le x\u00e9r\u00e8s, la f\u00e9cule, le bouillon et le poivre et versez sur le plat.&nbsp;Portez
