(l\u00e9gumes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 ml de bouillon de gibier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 ml de bi\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 filet d&#8217;huile pour la friture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour la sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de confiture de canneberges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de confiture d&#8217;\u00e9glantier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour la marinade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de paprika en poudre (doux)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 filet d&#8217;huile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre noir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gousse d&#8217;ail (finement hach\u00e9e)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pinc\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9pices sauvages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration SANGLIER R\u00d4TI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le r\u00f4ti de sanglier, lavez le morceau de sanglier, s\u00e9chez-le, retirez les tendons et frottez-le avec une marinade \u00e0 base d&#8217;huile, de sel, de poivre, d&#8217;ail et de paprika en poudre et d&#8217;\u00e9pices pour gibier.&nbsp;D\u00e9posez dessus les tranches de lard finement tranch\u00e9es, fixez-les avec des petits cure-dents et laissez-les reposer au moins 2 heures.&nbsp;Faites-le ensuite frire dans l&#8217;huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soupe est plac\u00e9e dans une r\u00f4tissoire et le morceau de sanglier pr\u00e9par\u00e9 est ins\u00e9r\u00e9.&nbsp;Placer le r\u00f4ti au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 (180\u00b0C, milieu du four) pendant 1 heure.&nbsp;Versez la soupe sur la viande encore et encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au bout d&#8217;une heure, ajoutez les l\u00e9gumes finement hach\u00e9s et versez la bi\u00e8re dessus.&nbsp;Encore une fois, versez continuellement le jus de cuisson sur la viande.&nbsp;Cuire au four encore 50 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coupez ensuite la viande et servez.&nbsp;M\u00e9langez la confiture d&#8217;\u00e9glantier et de canneberges avec la sauce pour cr\u00e9er une sauce cr\u00e9meuse et servez avec le sanglier
