facultatif.<br>Assaisonnement selon vos go\u00fbts<br>2 \u00e0 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile pour la cuisson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">125 g ou plus de mozzarella fra\u00eeche (sans lactose)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuire l&#8217;oignon jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9 et ajouter le reste (sauf la mozzarella).&nbsp;Cuire ensemble jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes ramollissent.&nbsp;Ajouter l&#8217;oignon vert hach\u00e9 aux l\u00e9gumes.&nbsp;Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e2te :<br>250 g (2 tasses) de farine ordinaire<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre<br>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel.<br>125 ml (1\/2 tasse) d&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre fondu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer, ajoutez la farine, la levure, le sucre et le sel s\u00e9par\u00e9ment de la levure.&nbsp;Remuer.<br>Ajouter le beurre fondu.&nbsp;M\u00e9langer.&nbsp;Transf\u00e9rer sur le comptoir avec un peu de farine.<br>P\u00e9trir pendant environ 5 minutes.&nbsp;Former un bol et couvrir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il se dilate.<br>Divisez la p\u00e2te en 8 morceaux, formez des boules.&nbsp;Tranchez la mozzarella fra\u00eeche.<br>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te en fines couches.&nbsp;Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes cuits et la mozzarella.<br>Enroulez en carr\u00e9.&nbsp;R\u00e9p\u00e9tez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que vous ayez termin\u00e9.&nbsp;Aplatissez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la p\u00e2te carr\u00e9e (facultatif).<br>Po\u00ealer avec un peu d&#8217;huile jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s soient dor\u00e9s.&nbsp;Reposez-vous sur du papier absorbant.<br>Servir le carr\u00e9 entier ou coup\u00e9 en deux.<br>Le fromage fond quand il est encore chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec cette p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e, on peut cuire au four.&nbsp;Apr\u00e8s fa\u00e7onnage (pliage), laissez lever 30 minutes.&nbsp;Vous devrez peut-\u00eatre badigeonner la surface avec de l&#8217;\u0153uf avant la cuisson.&nbsp;Four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200\u00b0 pendant environ 20 minutes.&nbsp;Un four peut
