Assaisonner les cuisses de poulet avec du sel et du poivre, au go\u00fbt. Ajouter le poulet dans la casserole et cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que dor\u00e9, environ 2-3 minutes; mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faire fondre le beurre dans la casserole ou le faitout \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter l\u2019ail, les champignons, l\u2019oignon, les carottes et le c\u00e9leri. Cuire, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tendret\u00e9, environ 3-4 minutes. Incorporer le thym jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit parfum\u00e9, environ 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporer la farine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e, environ 1 minute. Incorporer le bouillon de poulet, la feuille de laurier et les cuisses de poulet en fouettant et cuire en fouettant constamment jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, environ 4-5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporer la cr\u00e8me jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien chaud, environ 1-2 minutes; Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre selon votre go\u00fbt.
