Versez dessus de l\u2019eau bouillante et laissez infuser quelques minutes.<br>Faites cuire le riz selon la recette de base. Laissez le riz cuit refroidir.<br>Pour la sauce tomate, pr\u00e9parez un roux l\u00e9ger \u00e0 base de beurre et de farine et ajoutez de l&#8217;eau. Remuez constamment pour que rien ne br\u00fble.<br>Ajoutez ensuite la pur\u00e9e de tomates, assaisonnez avec le vinaigre, le sel et le sucre et portez bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Pendant ce temps, \u00e9pluchez et \u00e9mincez l&#8217;oignon, faites-le revenir dans l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive dans une po\u00eale jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit dor\u00e9 et retirez du feu.
